ProsPlanner is run personally by Muhammad Shahzad, an ACCA member since 2017 and Xero Certified Associate, with over 10 years of finance experience — around 7 of them at Finance Manager level — across automotive, retail & apparel, manufacturing, distribution and ecommerce.
He has personally handled UK and US company registration, HMRC and Companies House compliance, and multi-year client engagements — all delivered remotely.

Will you ever contact our clients directly?+
No. All delivery is white-label — we work inside your systems under your branding, and report only to you. Your clients never know ProsPlanner is involved.
How do you handle confidentiality and data security?+
An NDA is standard on every engagement. Access is limited to the systems and files needed for the work, and nothing is retained beyond the agreed scope.
What software do you work in?+
Xero (Certified Associate) and QuickBooks day-to-day, plus your firm's own portal or workflow tools where needed — we work in your stack, not the other way round.
What's your turnaround time during busy season?+
Agreed upfront as part of the scope, and set by the capacity you book — from a single catch-up project to standing weekly capacity through Self Assessment season.
Do you charge per hour, per client, or per project?+
Whichever suits the engagement — a fixed price per project, a per-client rate, or an ongoing monthly retainer for agreed hours. We settle on the model on the intro call.
Can you work as an extension of our team during Self Assessment season?+
Yes — that's the most common engagement. Capacity scales up for the Nov–Jan crunch and back down once it passes, without you carrying a bigger team year-round.
